May 13th, 2020 | Category: Industry NewsThe not seasonally adjusted prices for materials used in glass and glazing manufacturing were a mixed bag in April 2020 after increases nearly across the board in March, according to the latest Producer Price Index (PPI) from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
In April, the monthly PPI for flat glass in the commodity category decreased 0.2% from the previous month, but is up 1.4% from April 2019.
