CBRE Assessment and Consulting Services (ACS), a division of CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services group, announced the development of a new group that will perform assessment and providing consulting services for building envelopes.

Michael Bock, RBEC, has been named director of the building envelope group in Kansas City, Mo. In addition, Logan Christensen joined the CBRE staff with a focus on adding services and assisting with the development and training of the group’s team.

According to CBRE, group’s staff are trained to perform a variety of specialized tests to evaluate systems, identify issues and provide cost effective solutions. In addition, the staff can currently provide air infiltration and water penetration tests, leak investigations and roof moisture surveys, roof and façade asset management maintenance and capital planning, as well as on-site inspection of repairs and/or installations.
