Glazing Shines on New York Condo Tower

MiMA is a 63-story mixed-use glass tower in New York that features luxury rentals and condominium residences, and is the latest development from the Related Companies, the creator of Time Warner Center. Named after its location in the middle of Manhattan, MiMA is conveniently situated at the center of a vibrant neighborhood that combines the tradition of Old New York with the glamour of some of the city’s best nightlife, dining, entertainment, shops and parks.

“Related is thrilled to bring to market another inventive, iconic mixed-use development,” says Bruce A. Beal, Jr., Related executive vice president.

MiMA was created to continue Related’s dedication to architectural and design excellence with modern glass exteriors by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group, and Frank Gehry-designed theaters. With floor to ceiling windows, all MiMA residences offer panoramic views of Manhattan, its bridges, rivers and beyond.

MiMA is expected to exceed LEED Silver certification.
