Much of my time in the past few weeks has been spent organizing the Architects’ Educational Program which the Architects Guide to Glass and Metal sponsored on December 9 in Schaumburg, Ill., with Edgetech IG and J.E. Berkowitz. More information on this event is included in the current issue of our newsletter.

In talking with architects about the program, I was very encouraged to see their interest in and enthusiasm for the subjects covered in the presentations given by the sponsors. Design issues, warm-edge technology and other energy efficient topics involving architectural glass and metal formed the core of the seminars.

Lively discussions and pinpoint questions enhanced the educational experience. We received much positive feedback from attendees.
